The range of resources and support offered starts from prior to any sale with engineering specifications, scale up calculations and suitable qualification documentation obtainable on request. Installation and IQ/OQ services are available along with training either at Refine’s facility or at your site for operator, scientist and service and maintenance staff.

Many clients prefer to involve us in their process planning to ensure goals are reached in the shortest possible time, and this can range from simple bioreactor troubleshooting to more complex media development strategies or facility planning – which could involve partnership with a specialist company.
